Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee, and if so what are the terms?

Yes! We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee to new customers on all wireless and telephone services, except for the optional, non-refundable telephone number porting fees. If you're not satisfied with the connection for any reason, and call to disconnect service before your initial 30 days are up, we'll come out and professionally remove the equipment, and give you a full refund. This does not count for other services or equipment. Just the installation fees and the first month of service for wireless internet and/or telephone service.
